Online Application and Registration Guidelines
To join the university as a self sponsored student, follow the steps below:
- Click the button labelled "Create Account" to create your online account.
- Login with your registered email and set password.
- To make an application click on "New Application" and provide all the required information and documents and submit.
- Pay the application fee for your application to be processed.
- To track your application status click on "My Applications".
To join the university as a Government (KUCCPS) sponsored student, follow the steps below:
- You must have first received an invitation letter to UMMA from KUCCPS.
- Click on login and enter your KCSE index number.
Application Fee Payment Details
Use the following details to pay your Application fee using MPESA.
- Go M-Pesa lipa na Mpesa Paybill option
- Enter paybill no 7098491
- Enter your Application Number as the account Number
- Enter amount as per your application category i.e 500 KSHs for Certificate and Diploma programs, 1000 KSHs for Degree and Masters programs
- Enter MPesa Pin and complete the transaction
